Conversation with Chris

Chris was able to talk quite a bit on the 4th which was great! Here is a little excerpt from that conversation...

When I go shopping for Chris' care packages I always stop and grab a flat rate box from the post office. But no matter how hard I try either Audrey or Hudson get into the box before I can get it taped up and shipped out. Normally I just have a box and when Audrey finishes a craft or picture or I grab something at the store I just though it in there. Constantly Chris is getting half bags of candy and beef jerky that I tape back up lol There is no sense to spend more money on junk food (because I try and keep a minimal amount here) so he gets opened bags of stuff. Not all the time but it happens quite a bit. Don't take this the wrong way like I just send him our left over food or something but as I package the box to send it out I almost always find a half eaten back of gummy worms that a sneaky little 3 year old got into.  The latest was used chap stick that Audrey had opened and smashed everywhere.  I sent him some new chap sticks also but I thought he'd get a kick out of the used one because he knows what she does with chap stick. But on a good note, the care packages will stop soon as he prepared to come home!! Yay!!
