"I Love You Because..."
Since Chris left I have been so worried about Audrey and her adjustments that sometimes I forget about myself or even Chris' feelings sometimes. I started a countdown for myself! I got original idea from my friend Jess when her boyfriend was in Iraq recently and put a little spin on it for a better visual. "I Love You Because..." Everyday I take a piece of paper and write, "I Love You Because..." then date it and tape it to that date on a large wall calendar. Once each month is over I will take them off and send them to Chris. Helps to countdown the days since he has left but also will give us something to talk about, laugh about and maybe even cry (well at least me of course).
