I love summer. Everything about it. It could be 90 degrees everyday (I need to live somewhere warm) Anyways life is easy in the summer. Another spectacular Sunday was in order. And maybe, just maybe we have an actual date Chris will be leaving Afghanistan! That is enough to put a smile on my face all day :) All subject to change I am sure but at least it gives us an actual day to count down to. Anywho, Audrey and I spent the whole day outside working on our tans...well I was anyways. Audrey is naturally such a brown kid even with sunscreen she is somehow darker than me. We spent the afternoon swimming with Ann, Andrew and Dylan and the evening visiting with my mom. Great Sunday!

The only problem with relaxing all day is that here it is almost 10pm and I am just starting likely 4 hours of homework that is due tomorrow morning. Ahhh that's the nature of the beast with summer classes lots of work crammed into a short amount of time. And of course with the amazing weather I did not want to be connected to the laptop all day so here with go with an iced coffee, a sleeping kid and a long evening with the books. Excited to start another week into this journey though! Three months until homecoming!! Ahhh, its starting to seem within reach!
